Shipping policy

We use USPS and/or UPS to ship all purchases, and it is important to note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses that are not accessible through our carrier partners. Shipping times may differ depending on the location of the recipient. To estimate the total delivery time of your purchase, please consider allowing one to two business days for order processing before the delivery time indicated by your preferred shipping method. Order processing is conducted from Monday through Friday, except for holidays. Please note that unforeseen delays are not the responsibility of Wild Cosmos.

Weekend Delivery is not offered. Packages will not be delivered on a holiday should the holiday fall on a weekday.
USPS and/or UPS is used for all Wild Cosmos deliveries.

Please note that Wild Cosmos is not responsible for delays in transit due to environmental factors that are out of our control. 

Liability Disclaimer:
Wild Cosmos uses USPS and UPS for domestic deliveries, and customers have the option to request signature-required service in the note section if necessary. However, Wild Cosmos explicitly disclaims liability for any loss, claim, liability, or damage unless customers are pre-authorized by Wild Cosmos for alterations to delivery instructions. If customers choose to modify these instructions, such as redirecting delivery, delaying it, authorizing release without a signature, changing the service level, or rescheduling, Wild Cosmos will not assume responsibility for any resulting loss or damage. Additionally, it's important to note that all packages sent from Wild Cosmos are insured up to $200. However, once a package is marked as delivered, it is no longer the responsibility of Wild Cosmos to refund or resend the items. It is crucial for customers to understand these terms and the potential consequences when making changes to their delivery preferences.
