Refund policy
We hope that you are satisfied with your Wild Cosmos® purchase. In the event that you need to return something, Wild Cosmos gladly accepts returns of regular-price merchandise.
Please note that all returns must adhere to the following conditions to qualify for a refund:

- Returns must be received within 15 days of delivery for a full refund
- Returns received between 16–30 days after delivery will be eligible for store credit or exchange only.
- After 30 days, returns will not be accepted.
- All items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered).
- Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
- Please email info@wildcosmos.com for a return label request. Please allow 1 business day to recieve the label.
- Final Sale merchandise – including items discounted at 25% off or higher, and any other items indicated as “Final Sale” at Wildcosmos.com are not eligible for return or exchange.
- All items sent back for return are subject to a full inspection upon delivery. Wild Cosmos reserves the right to decline a return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.
- If there is evidence that the product was damaged during shipment, please contact our Customer Care no later than 48 hours after receipt of the order at 949-478-4252 or info@wildcosmos.com

Price Adjustments
- If we mark down the price of an item you’ve already purchased, we will gladly adjust the sale price at your request within 7 days of your order date. Price adjustments will be credited back to the original form of payment that was used to purchase the item online. Please note that if your price adjustment brings the item to 30% off or more of the original price it will be considered a Final Sale and no longer eligible for a return. Returns by Mail
Wild Cosmos is pleased to offer free return service via UPS in order to ensure a quick, convenient return service. To return your package please follow these steps:
- Please pack the item(s) in the condition they were received using the original box and packing materials, if possible.
- Please email our customer service (info@wildcosmos.com) to receive a return label.
- Affix the prepaid label to your package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.
- When your package is ready, drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping store.
- You may also return the package via U.S. mail at your own cost. If you chose to do so, the package should be shipped and insured to:

- Wild Cosmos is not responsible for lost packages returned using shipping methods other than the ones we have provided. Upon receipt of your return, you will receive an e-mail notification once the return has been processed. Please note your return will take up to 5 business days to reach our facility and approximately 24 to 48 hours to process once received. You should receive a credit to your original form of payment within 10 business days. Please allow up to 1 billing cycle for the credit to post to your account.
