Brand Story

Wild Cosmos® is an empowering collection of elegant, comfortable clothing designed to help women stay strong in their confidence and express their individuality every day. Defined by timeless silhouettes, luxurious pleated fabrics, and vibrant color, each piece is travel-friendly and wrinkle-free, offering effortless ease without compromising refinement. Inspired by the resilience of the cosmos wildflower, the brand encourages women to embrace their true selves and move through daily life with confidence, strength, and grace.

Designer

Larissa Lee studied Textile Design at Rhode Island School of Design, where she was first introduced to the permanent pleated fabrics pioneered by alumnus Issey Miyake. Deeply inspired by their innovation, she admired them from afar while they remained patented. Over the years, her creative perspective was further shaped by living and traveling abroad, including time in Italy and Malaysia, where she absorbed a rich diversity of culture, color, and craftsmanship. Thirteen years later, when the pleating technique became accessible, she founded Wild Cosmos® to reinterpret it through her own lens—infusing each piece with her distinctive artwork, refined color sensibility, and modern silhouettes. The collection reflects over 15 years of experience as a colorist, print artist, and knitwear designer, resulting in pieces that are both expressive and effortlessly sophisticated.
